R&I Management strives to establish research strategies and improve the overall research environment to present the development directions for the COSMAX R&I Center. It provides support for researchers in many different fields, including the analysis of technologies and trends regarding cosmetics of various countries and companies throughout the world, budget management for research institutes, finance, diligence and indolence, supplies, safety and health, allowing them to focus on the development of excellent products. It continues to make efforts to improve the research and development efficiency by developing a research performance management system to respond to customer requests faster ,and with greater accurately. R&I Management will make the utmost effort to ensure that COSMAX maintains a high degree of research capacity through continuous training of researchers.
